Built by a Practitioner.
 Designed for Yours.

Inovia Solutions helps organizations build compliance programs that actually work — programs with real governance structures, documented obligation inventories, automated monitoring, and the training and reporting infrastructure that turns policy into practice.

We work with Institutions of every type and size

Our approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every program we build is custom — designed for your organization's structure, your regulatory landscape, and your resources.

Our deepest expertise is in higher education — one of the most complex compliance environments in any sector. But the work we do translates across every organizational type, and so do the tools we build.

Lorna Fink, JD

Founder and Principal, Inovia Solutions

I've spent more than a decade inside organizational compliance — as a Compliance Officer, as a Title IX Coordinator, and as the person who got the call when something went wrong. I've built compliance programs from scratch. I've conducted investigations, developed policies, designed training curricula, and sat in front of boards and senior leadership trying to explain why something happened and what the institution was doing to make sure it didn't happen again.

I founded Inovia Solutions because I kept seeing the same gaps at organization after organization: no one with a complete picture of what they were responsible for, no coordinated system for tracking it, and no way to demonstrate to a regulator or oversight body that the organization had a genuine program that actually worked.

Inovia exists to fill those gaps. We don't build templates — we build programs. Real programs, with real accountability structures, designed for the way your organization actually operates.

Every tool, framework, and methodology we use was developed in the field. Every recommendation I make is one I've made before, in practice, at organizations that had to live with the outcome.

If you're building a compliance program, rebuilding one that isn't working, or trying to figure out where to start — I'd like to talk.

How We Work

We start with your actual situation.

Before we recommend anything, we want to understand what you have, what you're responsible for, and what's not working. The program we build is designed for your organization — not a generic model adapted to fit.

We build in implementation order.

Most compliance frameworks are designed for evaluating programs that already exist. We follow the sequence that actually works for building one: governance first, then the compliance inventory, then buy-in, then the risk assessment. In the order things need to exist — not the order a textbook presents them.

We automate what should be automated.

A compliance program that depends on one person manually tracking everything is a program that breaks. We build systems — automated monitoring, escalation workflows, and live dashboards — that give your program institutional infrastructure rather than personal workflow.

Everything we build, you keep.

Every engagement produces something the organization owns: governance documents, a risk assessment, a compliance matrix, policies, training programs. We build capacity, not dependency.
