Inovia Solutions was founded by Lorna Fink, JD. Four months out of law school, Lorna was handed a three-inch binder and told to figure out what her institution needed to comply with — and fix whatever wasn’t working. That moment started a decade-long career building compliance programs from the ground up.
She has built programs, written policies, conducted trainings, managed investigations, and addressed compliance risks across student affairs, employment, civil rights, research, and more. She published on compliance program design in NACUBO’s Business Officer Magazine and founded the Independent Colleges & Universities Compliance and Ethics Consortium. Every tool Inovia uses was built from that work.
